What will the office look like when ‘normal’ returns?

Over  the past two months your team members may have been thrust into being a  home-school teacher, full-time chef, and socially distanced from the  rest of society on top of working diligently on their own work projects  and assignments.  Rumor has it that taking a routine shower and getting  out of their PJs has been optional.  When our offices open again, what  type of productivity can we expect?  During this session we will discuss  how to return to a connected and productive social environment.

ABOUT KATHIE

Kathie has studied personal growth and development, as well as John Maxwell leadership content, for over 20 years. During this time she has worked as a corporate trainer creating new hire orientation and onboarding programs, competency

framework tools, and leadership initiatives expanding her skills as a speaker, trainer, and coach.

Kathie has also partnered with NICC in Dubuque, Iowa, to create a Leadership

Academy where she teaches and serves on the planning committee to aid professionals in their personal and team development.
