Who We Are
Dubuque Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) is comprised of women who have a special focus. They are leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals with a sincere commitment to their careers, their families, the community, and their own personal growth.
Members meet each month at a variety of events in which to network with other members and listen to guest speakers, expand their skills, and grow their professional network.
In addition we also host special events that further educate our members and allow them additional opportunities to network. And in the process you’ll come into contact with members who can help you with your business and most likely develop friendships that go beyond the business world.
Our Mission
The Women's Leadership Network (WLN) develops, connects and recognizes female professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs in the greater Dubuque community. WLN's purpose is to assist women in the advancement of their professional and personal goals.

Stay abreast of positions open in the area through networking opportunities and established relationships.
Board Opportunities
Opportunities to join the WLN Board of Directors. Each year, at the beginning of the year, there are positions on our board opened for members to apply for.
Special Events
Special events are held throughout the year, which include Networking Events, Annual Connect Experience & Golf Outing, Members Only Meetings, and the Annual Women of Achievement Awards.
Monthly Meetings
Your opportunity to network and exchange ideas, as well as hear a stimulating and informative guest speaker.
Connections Book Club
Held twice a year, this event allows you to gather with other professionals to engage in meaningful conversation about a selected book.
