When: June 25^th from 4:30-6:30pm

Eryka Cook with Empowermetal will lead an engaging, hands-on self-defense seminar designed to build confidence and practical awareness. The session will focus on simple, effective moves and techniques that can be applied across a variety of real-life situations, regardless of size, strength, or prior experience. Participants will learn strategies for awareness, personal safety, and how to respond if faced with an unexpected or uncomfortable situation. The class is interactive and welcoming, making it suitable for all skill levels. Please dress casually and comfortably, and be prepared for the weather, as the class will take place outdoors.
