Path to Success featuring Tara Duggan

Tara Duggan was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa. After several years as Marketing Director of two large corporate law firms in Milwaukee, Tara joined her husband in growing an insurance restoration company. In 2015, Tara bought her father’s business, McDermott Excavating, where she is the current president and doubled the size of the company in the first 3 years of owning it. Since then, she has founded and acquired several other Dubuque businesses. 

She and her husband have two elementary school children and love to travel.
