About
At this luncheon, the City of Dubuque will collaborate with the Women Leadership Network (WLN) to facilitate a panel discussion addressing the various challenges women encounter in the workforce. The focus will center on key aspects such as recruiting, retaining, and developing women in sectors dominated by men.
- Data Presentation: Key indicators impacting women will be presented including population demographics, median earning by gender, income by educational attainment levels, unemployment, and poverty. This data will serve to contextualize the challenges and opportunities facing women in the local workforce.
