When we know exactly what is important to us at our core, we can live our lives feeling more in alignment. In this session, we'll work on getting rid of the "shoulds," and focus more on listening to the voice inside of us; we'll explore what truly matters to each of us, learn how mindfulness strengthens intention, and create a personalized North Star value for the 2026 new year energy. You'll leave feeling both grounded and empowered!
