About
Aligning our daily actions to our core values helps us cultivate sustainable change in the way we show up in our world. When we know exactly what is important to us at our core, we can live our lives feeling more in alignment. In this session, we'll work on getting rid of the "shoulds," and focus more on listening to the voice inside of us; we'll explore what truly matters to each of us, learn how mindfulness strengthens intention, and create a personalized North Star value for the 2026 new year energy. You'll leave feeling both grounded and empowered!
Menu: Pasta Buffet - Fettuccini Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan, Caesar salad and fresh baked garlic breadsticks. Gluten free and Vegetarian options will be available.
