Annual Connect Experience - 2025

What an amazing day at The Meadows Golf Club on August 7, 2025! The Women’s Leadership Network of Dubuque’s Annual Connect Experience (ACE) began with a morning full of energy, meaningful connections, laughter, and Power Partners. After a refreshing lunch, the afternoon shifted to the course for a best-shot golf outing that sparked even more relationship-building and plenty of fun. ACE 2025 brought together learning, leadership, and friendly competition—leaving everyone inspired and energized!

Our theme this year is "Intelligence Unleashed: Exploring Artificial & Emotional Intelligence", and will be highlighted by our esteemed speakers Kelli Risse and Susan Frew.

Kelli Risse shared powerful insights on managing stress and building emotional resilience, offering practical techniques to help professionals stay calm and focused under pressure. Susan Frew followed with an energetic presentation on business growth and leadership, emphasizing the importance of communication, mindset, and team culture in driving success. Both speakers inspired the audience with real world examples and actionable takeaways. Their combined expertise created an engaging and motivating session that left attendees feeling empowered and ready to take action.
