September Monthly Luncheon with Jennifer Shekleton

Jennifer  Shekleton is a wife, mother, business professional, leader, and  certified professional coach who aims to be the catalyst for others on  their growth journey to a happier, more  fulfilling, purpose-driven life. She uses Core Energy Coaching to raise  her clients’ level of consciousness, educates her clients in the 7  levels of energy, and guides them in becoming aware of the choices they  make that allow her clients to remain stuck in  their current circumstances. The Core Energy Coaching methodology  offers powerful tools that allow her clients to dig deeply, honestly,  and objectively into their energy and unconscious thought patterns, to  assess who they are, and make conscious choices about  who they want to become.

We  all vacillate between 7 levels of energy in our daily lives. Jennifer  will provide an overview of the 7 levels of energy and how each level  impacts how we “show up” in the various  areas of our lives. She will help attendees discover how each energy  level impacts one’s personal awareness, happiness, goal achievement,  leadership style, and opportunity for personal growth.
