When things are going well, we brace, downplay joy, or stay in constant “go mode,” often as a form of self-protection rather than pessimism. This session examines the subtle ways people limit happiness without realizing it and how those patterns keep them stuck in survival mode. Blending mindful awareness with practical reflection, the keynote invites participants to stop waiting for the other shoe to drop and begin allowing what’s already going right, creating space to fully experience the life they’ve worked so hard to build.
