Confidence can feel a bit like the wind. Sometimes strong and steady, and other times seemingly nowhere to be found. But real confidence isn't something you have to chase or wait for - it's something you can both achieve and maintain.

In our time together we'll break confidence down into a simple, repeatable mental strategy rooted in three anchors: who you are, where you've been, and what you're doing. Through real-life perspective and practical application, Laura will equip you with a grounded, sustainable way to show up with clarity, strength, and self-trust.

Laura VandeBerg has spent the last decade speaking at 400+ events with crowd sizes ranging from 50 to 70,000 people. Confidence has become a skill honed in time for Laura and she can't wait to bring that skill to the Women's Leadership Luncheon.

Menu:

Crisp Autumn Salad - Mixed baby greens, shaved fennel, dried cranberries, goat cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds tossed in a spiced maple-cider vinaigrette. Served with warm rustic artisan rolls & whipped sea salt butter.

Entree: Cider-Braised Boneless Pork Shoulder - Tender slow-braised pork finished with an apple-thyme glaze, served over a silky parsnip & potato mash with roasted tricolor carrots.

Vegetarian/Vegan Option: Cider-Glazed Roasted Delicata Squash stuffed with wild rice, dried cranberries, toasted pecans and braised leeks over parsnip puree.

Dessert: Warm Spiced Apple Galette - Flaky pastry topped with caramelized local apples, served with a dollop of cinnamon infused creme fraiche.
