In our time together we'll break confidence down into a simple, repeatable mental strategy rooted in three anchors: who you are, where you've been, and what you're doing. Through real-life perspective and practical application, Laura will equip you with a grounded, sustainable way to show up with clarity, strength, and self-trust. Laura VandeBerg has spent the last decade speaking at 400+ events with crowd sizes ranging from 50 to 70,000 people. Confidence has become a skill honed in time for Laura and she can't wait to bring that skill to the Women's Leadership Luncheon.
