March Luncheon 2011

Twila Imhof, director of national accounts for Sedona Ag Services in Dubuque, discussed presenting a professional image at WLN’s March 22, 2011 luncheon. She gave the attendees great advice on the topics of first impressions, attire, giving introductions, the importance of an elevator speech, e-mail etiquette, customer service, and much more!
