July 2008 Lunch

On Tuesday, July 22, 2008, WLN enjoyed hearing valuable advice from Lori Glander, president of Learning Leverage LLC, about how to conduct a difficult conversation. After reviewing her seven key strategies, attendees practiced having difficult conversations with each other. Hopefully the attendees can put into practice these seven key strategies so we can all sleep better at night finally having that difficult conversation! Thank you Lori for your expertise.
