January 2012 Holiday Lunch

WLN's January luncheon topic was "Your Health Reality Check". Megan Horstman, Hy-Vee Dietitian presented the group with tips for not only our family and friends but your ourselves. She also shared special events going on in the community that we can get involved with to have a healthier self and for a healthier community. A special thanks to the Hotel Julien for the wonderful venue and delicious white chicken chili bread bowl.
