February Luncheon 2010

The topic was “Marketing your Business” for WLN’s February 23, 2010 luncheon. Karen Ridings, owner of Marketing Matterz in Des Moines, discussed the definition of marketing, how it is different than sales, advertising and public relations, talking benefits rather than features, and the new wave of social media.
