8th Annual Women’s Leadership Conference

The Women’s Leadership Network’s 8th Annual Women’s Leadership Conference was held on Thursday, September 16, 2010 in Dubuque, Iowa. Kicking off the day was a phenomenal keynote speech by Lisa Earle McLeod on “Forget Perfect: You Deserve Better.” Attendees enjoyed Lisa’s intelligence, humor and experiences giving us a new outlook on work-life balance.

The day continued on with amazing speakers giving us real-life application uses for business etiquette, credit reports, networking skills and dressing for success. Other speakers inspired us with discussions about being successful and wellness in the workplace. The day ended with more fun from closing speaker, Jodi Hills, and a raffle filled with prizes from our generous donors.
